This guitar is a classic 1957 Fender Stratocaster in a two-tone sunburst finish with a maple neck.
This is it! This guitar has it all. It is in really great condition, plays awesome, and sounds like the iconic guitar that it is. All the plastic, electronics, tuners, pickups, frets, solder joints, and case are original.

As I hold this guitar in my hands, I can tell you that it has been enjoyed but it has not been abused. It has some minor fretware and fingerboard wear primarily in the in the “cowboy chord” area. None of it is major and none of it would affect playing this beauty. The neck has the perfect soft “v” shape and is dated 12/57. The tuners and truss rod function perfectly as was intended.

The body is also marked 12/57. The electronics are all original and the 3 screaming pickups read 5.61 k ohms for the bridge pickup, 5.73 k ohms for the middle pickup, and 5.68 k ohms for the neck pickup, all measured at the output jack. We can see two of the three potentiometer codes which read the 23rd week of 1957. The other is obscured. The two-tone sunburst finish is in splendid condition. After 53 years, sure there are some chips and scratches and some belt buckle rash on the back, but it is truly beautiful. The tremolo works as intended and the guitar still retains its original bridge cover and trem arm.

To top it off, this classic‘57 comes with its original tweed case, and she’s a beauty. As always, it will be professionally packed with care.
