After a short initial run of the super rare Broadcasters and No-casters, Fender formally introduced the Telecaster in early 1951. Like its predecessors, the color that was most common was the blonde translucent finish.

A few custom colors began to show up but they were still quite rare.

This 1955 Telecaster is one of those very rare beauties, in its wonderful two-tone sunburst finish. She not only looks great but she plays and sounds like the rare beauty that she is.

Great example of a very cool undervalued guitar. Guitar is a very clean 8.5 condition , with minimal marks and checking. Alnico guitars may just be the next big thing. Buy it before it hits six figures. Ships in OHSC.

Tobacco Sunburst

Very clean and 100% unmolested. This guitar is a bit heavier than most Jrs, but has a huge sustain that you will seldom hear. Huge neck. Leslie...Where are you?? Reference# G6LPJ6004

Boy, remember when these were just a hundred and fifty bucks? We Do! This is a played example in the 7-ish condition range, with a couple of small issues. The tuners have been off and on, and there are newer screws in the jack plate, but otherwise it’s a great break free guitar. Typical wear, tear nicks, dings, ect. Sounds amazing! Ships in later hard case.

Very rare natural mahogany

Oh my…How rare are these?? This is only the second one we have had since 1968! Gibson made very few natural mahogany TV Juniors. This is unquestionably one of the cleanest on the planet. Excuse free. Ships in original Gator case.
